A body was found in Griffith Park Thursday.
Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters were called just after 7:10 p.m. to assist park rangers in recovering the body which was found near the old Los Angeles Zoo, according to the department’s Nicholas Prange.
The name of the person and the manner of death were not immediately disclosed.
