A convicted flasher pleaded not guilty Wednesday to exposing himself on a public bus in the Santa Ana area.
Carlos Alberto Tirado, 52, was charged March 16 with a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction for the same crime. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of maintaining a nuisance.
Tirado was ordered to return to court June 10 for a pretrial hearing in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Tirado is accused of exposing himself on a public bus on March 14 in the Santa Ana area, according to the criminal complaint.
Tirado pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and a misdemeanor count of annoying or molesting a child in September 2018.
