A 57-year-old woman diagnosed with dementia and epilepsy was reported missing after last being seen in Altadena Wednesday.
Valerie Elouise Parham was last seen about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of East Washington Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Parham is Black, 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, with brown eyes, graying black hair styled into braids and a scar on her forehead. She was last seen wearing gray and white pajamas.
