An explosion and fire damaged a large UPS warehouse in Lancaster Monday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 200 block of West Avenue L about 9 a.m. extinguished the flames in the warehouse in about a half hour, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Fire also damaged at least two big rigs at the scene, and some firefighters remained on scene dousing hot spots.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
