Authorities sought the public’s help Monday to locate a 25-year-old man who was last seen in East Los Angeles.
Carlos Emmanuel Montalva was last seen about 2 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of South Woods Avenue, near the Santa Ana (5) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Montalva is Hispanic, 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds, with short black hair, a beard, brown eyes and tattoos of the name “Fabiola” and the letters LMS on his chest. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve burgundy shirt and black pants, and is known to drive a black 2019 Dodge Charger with the California license plate 8TLR903.
