Paramedics rushed five trauma patients to area hospitals from a multi-vehicle crash Sunday in Santa Ana, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 10:14 a.m. to Monte Vista Avenue and Raitt Street, where firefighters extricated a person from a vehicle, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
The conditions of the injured victims were not immediately known.
