An autopsy was pending Friday to determine the cause of death of a 65-year-old man whose body was found in an apartment in Garden Grove.
The body was discovered about 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the bedroom of the unit in the 13000 block of Magnolia Street, said Garden Grove police Lt. Mario Ramirez.
Firefighters and a hazardous-materials team had gone to the location on a report of an unknown odor, Ramirez said.
There were no signs of foul play in the death, Ramirez said. The man’s name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.
