Police Tuesday were seeking the hit-and-run driver who caused a motorcycle to crash into a street sign in Koreatown.
The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. on April 16 at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and First Street, according to a Los Angeles Police Department statement.
The pickup, described as a green late-1980s or 1990s Toyota crossed over into the motorcyclist’s lane forcing the rider into the street sign, police said.
The driver then fled the scene, police said.
The motorcyclist’s condition was not available.
