Authorities serving a search warrant in Huntington Park arrested two men and seized drugs, including fentanyl, with an estimated street sale value of nearly $3.3 million, officials said Friday.
The warrant was served early Tuesday morning by a task force of investigators, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Investigators seized about 94 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street sale value of $188,000; two kilograms of powdered fentanyl, with an estimated street sale value of $100,000; and about 150,000 counterfeit blue oxycodone “M-30” pills, believed to contain fentanyl, with an estimated street value of $3 million.
The suspects, whose names were not immediately released, were booked on suspicion of various drug-related crimes, according to the sheriff’s department.
