Students and staff at Beverly Hills High School were told to shelter in place Thursday as authorities investigated a possible threat made against the school on social media.
The school was placed on the orders about 1:05 p.m. following discovery of the threat, CBS2 reported.
The Beverly Hills Police Department could not immediately comment on the nature of the threat, but reported no one was injured and no one had been taken into custody.
An investigation into the possible threat was ongoing.
