A fire at a one-story house in Sherman Oaks Wednesday evening was extinguished in 27 minutes from the 911 call with no injuries reported.
Firefighters responded at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday to 14922 Rhinestone Drive, about a quarter-mile north of Mulholland Drive, where they attacked the flames that had spread to the structure’s attached garage, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
LAFD personnel remained on the scene for overhaul of the fire damage, Lantz said.
