A person was found dead after firefighters knocked down a mobile home fire in Santa Ana, authorities said Saturday.
Firefighters dispatched at 10:14 p.m. Friday to the 5000 block of McFadden Avenue had the blaze out at 10:44 p.m., Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Greg Bradshaw said.
Firefighters discovered the body during a search of the mobile home, Bradshaw said.
The gender of the victim was not immediately known.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
