A man was shot Friday by at least one Los Angeles police officer in the Park La Brea area of Los Angeles.
The shooting at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Poinsettia Avenue happened around 9:20 a.m., according to the LAPD.
The man’s condition was not immediately known and it the events precipitating the shooting were not disclosed.
The LAPD set up a media staging area in the 6900 block of Beverly Boulevard, east of La Brea Avenue.
