A good Samaritan found an 88-year-old man with dementia Friday who went missing in Palm Springs.
Jim Maxwell was last seen around the Motel 6 on North Indian Canyon Drive near Interstate 10 and was reported missing around 4:30 p.m., according to the Palm Springs Police Department. He was found within 30 minutes.
Maxwell is white and weighs approximately 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark olive-green long-sleeve button-down shirt and denim pants with brown cowboy boots.
