A man was killed in a crash Tuesday near downtown Los Angeles and Dodger Stadium.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol were called at 1:17 a.m. to the southbound Arroyo Seco Parkway south of Stadium Way where they found an overturned dark gray Scion, CHP Officer Peter Nicholson told City News Service.
Caleb Morrison, 24, from Los Angeles died at the scene, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office reported.
According to the CHP’s Traffic Incident Page, the Scion flipped and overturned several times before landing in the number two lane of the freeway.
Traffic was routed away from the area for several hours while an investigation was conducted.
