Police searched Monday for the driver of a car that collided with a Metro bus, injuring the driver and two passengers.

The crash occurred at 1:16 a.m. on Pacific Boulevard at Clarendon Avenue in Huntington Park, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The bus driver was trapped in the bus and firefighters had to cut him from the driver’s seat.

The two injured passengers and the driver were taken to a hospital in unknown condition, the fire department reported. Authorities were seeking the driver of the car, who ran from the crash scene, according to Huntington Park police.
