A man was hospitalized after he was shot during an argument inside a San Pedro apartment, authorities said Monday.
The shooting was reported just before 11 p.m. Sunday inside an apartment in the 3600 block of South Pacific Avenue, according to a dispatcher at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The 34-year-old victim was arguing with another man when the man produced a handgun and shot the victim, she said.
The victim was taken to a hospital by paramedics and had stable vital signs, the dispatcher said.
No arrests were reported and the dispatcher said the victim was not cooperating with investigators.
