Fire damaged a residence in the Walnut area Friday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 19600 block of East Stallion Circle at 9 a.m. extinguished the flames in the two-story building in about 40 minutes, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
