A fire damaged a house in Venice Tuesday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 800 block of East Brooks Avenue at about 1:15 p.m. quickly extinguished the flames in the single-family residence, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
