A fire at a commercial building in Boyle Heights Thursday evening was extinguished in 15 minutes by 26 firefighters.
The fire was reported at 9:49 p.m. Firefighters arrived at the one-story building at 3525 E. 15th St., near Washington Boulevard and the border with Vernon, and located various items that were burning, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
