A man was killed and another man was hospitalized Friday after the vehicle they were traveling in crashed into several vehicles in Hancock Park.

Firefighters responded at 11:36 p.m. Thursday to 109 S. Rossmore Ave., near Beverly Boulevard, and learned the victims, who authorities said are approximately 30 years old, were in a vehicle that had crashed into several parked vehicles and then struck a tree, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.

One victim was trapped inside the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was ejected from the vehicle and taken to a regional trauma center, Prange said.
