A fire damaged a vacant commercial building in Sun Valley Friday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 6200 block of North Laurel Canyon Boulevard at 9:58 a.m. extinguished the flames in 24 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
