Fire damaged a unit and the attic of a multi-family residential structure in the Pico-Union community of Los Angeles Saturday.
Firefighters dispatched at 8:05 a.m. Saturday to 1600 S. Orchard Ave. had the blaze out within 13 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
