A greater alarm fire at a five-story sealed office building in the Westlake district was extinguished Monday evening in 26 minutes.
Firefighters were called at 10:14 p.m. to 1125 W. Sixth St., near Bixel Street, where they found flames coming from a fourth-floor window, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
The 84 firefighters extinguished heavy flames on the fourth floor and smaller amounts of fire on other floors, Prange said.
No injuries were reported.
