A person was trapped inside a vehicle Tuesday after crashing into a light standard in the Canyon Country neighborhood of Santa Clarita, authorities said.
The crash occurred around 5:25 p.m., when firefighters discovered an overturned vehicle near Soledad Canyon Road and Deep Creek Drive, according to spokesman Martin Rengel of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
One person was extricated from the vehicle and taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries, authorities said.
