A 71-year-old man who authorities said suffers from bipolar disorder has been reported missing after last being seen in Temple City.
Edward Trowner was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. Thursday in the 5600 block of Gracewood Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Trowner is white, 6-feet-1 inch tall, weighs 155 pounds, has gray hair and green eyes.
