It took 30 firefighters 15 minutes to put out flames in one unit of a three-story apartment building in Arlington Heights Monday morning.
The fire was reported at 4:12 a.m. at 1732 S. Crenshaw Blvd., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Margaret Stewart.
Firefighters were able to keep the flames isolated to the unit of origin, Stewart said. No one was inside the apartment when firefighters searched for victims.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was not yet determined, she said.
