Authorities sought the public’s help Monday to find a man who went missing from Compton.
Febronio “Febi” Barajas Torres, 25, was last seen on Friday about 6 p.m. walking on Gibson Avenue toward Rosecrans Avenue, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Torres is Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has black hair, a mustache, and hazel eyes. He has a scar on his left eyebrow, and has tattoos of a palm tree on his right forearm and a skull on his left wrist.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
“Mr. Torres’s family is concerned for his well-being and are asking for the public’s help,” a sheriff’s statement said.
