A police standoff continued Wednesday with an armed suspect barricaded inside a home in Lake Balboa.
Los Angeles Police Department officers were called at around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday to 6658 Gaviota Ave. south of Vanowen Street regarding reports that the suspect, who has an outstanding felony warrant, had barricaded with a weapon, LAPD Officer Mike Lopez told City News Service.
A perimeter was established on Vanowen between Gloria and Woodley avenues.
