A man was hospitalized Friday after being shot in Moreno Valley.
Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriffs Department’s Moreno Valley Station responded at 5:04 p.m. to reports of a shooting outside a hotel in the 12900 block of Day Street and found a man behind the building suffering from gunshot wounds, said Sgt. Albert Martinez.
The victim, a man whose identity was not immediately made public, was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition.
There was no suspect information and a possible motive was unclear.
