A 64-year-old man who authorities say has been diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia was reported missing after last being seen in Lancaster, authorities said Friday.
Michael Dean Baggett was last seen at 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the 45100 block of Rachel Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Baggett is white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red jacket, blue pants and grey shoes and authorities say Baggett has a heart defibrillator device.
