Firefighters extinguished a garage fire Saturday that was spreading to a home in Tujunga.
The blaze at 6554 W. Quinton Lane was reported at 4:51 p.m., according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
Firefighters prioritized saving the home in front of the garage from being heavily damaged, then turned their attention to knocking down the garage fire, Prange said.
The department dispatched 20 firefighters to the location and knocked down the flames in 22 minutes, he said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, he said.
