Fire burned about three acres of brush Monday in the Irwindale area, but no injuries or structure damage were reported.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, fire crews responded around 3:40 p.m. to the 15500 block of East Arrow Highway at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area. Within about 30 minutes, the spread of the fire had been halted at about three acres.
It’s unclear what sparked the brush fire, which burned in light grass.
