At least one person was killed in a one-vehicle crash Friday near Palm Springs.
California Highway Patrol officers were called at 1:40 a.m. to the San Bernardino (10) Freeway near Garnet Road and Kellogg Road where they found the victim inside the vehicle, which was on its side, a CHP spokesman said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
