A fire spread from some palm trees and vehicles to a nearby shed and garage in Reseda Tuesday, but no injuries were reported.
The fire was reported about 1:05 p.m. in the 7600 block of North Calvin Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The blaze extended to the attic area of a nearby detached garage, and it briefly threatened some nearby homes, but fire crews prevented the flames from spreading.
It took 25 firefighters 30 minutes to extinguish the flames.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
