Officers issued seven citations to motorists driving with a suspended/revoked license or unlicensed during an overnight driver’s license/sobriety checkpoint in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.
The checkpoint at Cherry Avenue and 45th Street began at 6 p.m. Friday and ended at 2 a.m. Saturday, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Police said 758 vehicles passed through the checkpoint and 253 were screened.
