A 69-year-old man with Down Syndrome went missing Sunday in East Los Angeles and sheriff’s detectives asked the public for help finding him.
Gary David Gersch was last seen at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Hillview Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
He is described as white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, bald, with blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Gersch is disabled and was possibly headed to the 9500 block of Pinehurst Ave. in South Gate.
