A 46-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Huntington Beach, police said Monday.
Gerardo Granados of Huntington Beach was struck and killed by a 2003 Lincoln Navigator about 10 p.m. Sunday on Beach Boulevard north of Speer Drive, said Jessica Cuchilla, a spokeswoman for the Huntington Beach Police Department.
The Lincoln’s driver — a 33-year-old Huntington Beach woman — remained on scene and cooperated with investigators, Cuchilla said.
The car was southbound on Beach when it struck the pedestrian.
