A juvenile suspect was arrested in connection with a July armed robbery at an El Segundo doughnut shop, police said Wednesday.
According to the El Segundo Police Department, the robbery occurred on July 26 in the 200 block of Main Street.
Police said detectives executed a search warrant at the juvenile suspect’s residence in Los Angeles, where they discovered a ski mask and additional evidence. The juvenile, who was not identified, was arrested and booked on suspicion of armed robbery on Sept. 18.
Detectives believe the juvenile may have committed additional crimes and were following up on further leads, police said.
