Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters contained a two-acre grass fire in the Sepulveda Basin Thursday.

The fire was reported around 9:15 a.m. Thursday at 15700 W. Burbank Blvd., and was initially estimated at a quarter of an acre.

A total of 32 firefighters contained the fire in just under an hour, according to LAFD.

No structures were threatened, and there were no injuries reported.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
