A man and a woman were hospitalized in fair condition due to smoke inhalation from a fire at a house in Porter Ranch Tuesday.
Firefighters responded to the 10900 block of Key West Avenue, near Tampa Avenue, at around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
The majority of the fire was in the attached garage although smoke filled the home, Prange said.
The fire was knocked down in 25 minutes by 33 firefighters, Prange said.
It was unclear what sparked the fire, and the cause was under investigation.
