Authorities sought the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating a 65-year-old man who is legally blind and was last seen in Palmdale.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Angel Pasillas Salas was last seen around 6 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 47th Street East and Avenue R.
Deputies described Salas as a 5-foot-4-inch tall Hispanic man weighing 160 pounds with brown eyes and short gray hair. He also has a mustache/beard and was last seen wearing a blue and white flannel long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and gray shoes.
Anyone with information about Salas’ whereabouts was urged to contact the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
