At least five people were injured in a shooting Friday in Willowbrook, authorities said.
Deputies responded to El Segundo Boulevard and San Pedro Street around 2:25 p.m. Friday to a report of shots fired, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Century Station.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics also responded to the location, where they transported five victims — two with critical injuries and three with minor injuries — to a hospital, an LACFD spokeswoman said.
It was unclear what motivated the shooting.
