A person was killed and three other people were injured when a vehicle crashed into a pole in Gardena Sunday morning.
The crash occurred at about 5:10 a.m. in the area of Marine and Chadron avenues, where one victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Paramedics rushed three people from inside the vehicle to a hospital. Their conditions were unknown, the CHP said.
No further information was immediately available.
