The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sunday circulated a photo of a 13-year-old boy who went missing in East Los Angeles.
Oscar Eduardo Flores Sorta was last seen about 2 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Downey Road, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
Sorta was described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He is a Latino boy weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with black denim pants, black shoes and a black backpack.
Anyone with information regarding Sorta’s whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s department at 323-890-5500. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
