The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was seeking public help Sunday to find a 69-year-old man suffering from dementia who went missing, was found the next day, then went missing again.
Eric George Farquharson was last seen at 5 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of West Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
The department reported that he was located on Saturday, but went missing again.
Farquharson was described as a 5-feet-7-inch tall Black man weighing 156 pounds with gray hair, black eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt bearing a photo of Bob Marley, and a gray sweater.
Anyone with information regarding Farquharson’s whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s department at 323-890-5500. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
