Two people were found dead in Seal Beach and Thursday authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
Officers from the Seal Beach Police Department responded to an unknown trouble call at 8:31 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Ocean Avenue and upon their arrival found two people dead inside the residence, said Seal Beach Lt. Julia Clasby.
According to police, an out-of-state relative of one of the victim’s called the department’s dispatch to report that their brother was having difficulties with their elderly mother. Officers found an unlocked door, made entry to conduct a welfare check and found the bodies, Clasby said.
