One person was killed Saturday after they collided with a parked vehicle in West Los Angeles.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles Division were called at 1:08 a.m. to 1927 S. Butler Ave. between Missouri and La Grange avenues, west of the San Diego (405) Freeway, where they learned the victim was traveling south on Butler when they struck the unoccupied, parked vehicle, an LAPD spokeswoman told City News Service.
The victim, whose name, age and gender were not released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It unclear whether speed, drugs and/or alcohol were factors in the crash.
