Two people escaped a house fire in Garden Grove Sunday through a second-story window, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 10:42 a.m. Sunday to the 11400 block of Stanford Avenue had the blaze out within 13 minutes of their arrival, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
The fire was contained to just one room. The fire agency said two adults escaped out a second-story window with the assistance of neighbors prior to the arrival of fire personnel.
No injuries were reported, but the fire damaged a room in the house, the OCFA said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
