Authorities sought the public’s help Tuesday in locating a 71-year-old man last seen in Avalon.
Patrick Joseph Hall was last seen on Jan. 6 on sailboat W43, described as a gray, dingy boat, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies described Hall as a 6-foot-tall white man weighing 175 pounds with gray hair and green eyes. It was unclear what Hall was last seen wearing.
Sheriff’s officials said Hall’s family is concerned about his well-being due to a recent storm in the area.
